Manuel, owner of the company Creata is arquitect and interior designer with 22 years of experience in the business and designed already 10 hoteles in Peru.

Paul Gibbs was born in Paris, France, in 1958 and educate in Europe. After attending Bournemouth University he joined the Savoy Hotel Group in London & worked in various positions throughout the chain. He then joined Le Meridien Hotels and used his hotel experience to help support the computer systems of the chain. He then joined a new team to develop Revenue Management at the Forte Hotels Group. In 1996 he founded MICA International, a European consultant company specialising in computer support in the hospitality industry.
Paul Gibbs has been living in Peru for three years and he has founded the South American Translation Bureau, PC Doctor Peru and Apartment Club Peru. He also lectures at the University de Piura on Hotel Management. He was also President of the Rotary Club Lima Sunrise & a member of ACAP (American & Canadian Association of Peru).

Vanessa, born in 1968 in Lima Peru, is graduated from the well know hotel school Montemar in Lima. She worked over 10 years in the top hotels in Lima before starting her own Head Hunter company.
